Missing iCloud input folder on Windows 11

The iCloud Input Folder is missing on my Windows OS Vers 11. Other folders show up like trash, which is empty.

iCloud for Windows 10 waiting forever to sync My iCloud isn't syncing on the Windows 10 PC. I have lots of the symbols of the little cloud showing files in the cloud, that's fine, but I also have quite a few of the little symbols of the rotating arrows "sync pending" They never sync. It just sits there and never sows a list of the files for that folder.

Folders in icloud drive got completely empty I got a new macbook pro yesterday and after I transferred data from my old macbook air through the migration app, all my files inside the folders in icloud drive went missing. I don’t see the files on iphone or ipad icloud drive. My folders are empty. Pdf docs vanished. Is there a way to bring them back or should I use google drive and nor trust icloud anymore?
