Why is apple tv+ not available in turkey
The Turkish website advertises Apple TV+ but it isn’t available, does anyone know why

Why questions cannot be answered by us as it would be purely speculative. You can clearly see from that link that services vary widely by region. You can also see that the Apple TV app is supported and you can purchase movies, just not the streaming Apple TV+ service.
