Can’t share MP4 videos to Apple Music/ Apple TV

I’m using iPhone 14 Pro Max, and I tried almost everything to transfer music videos to my phone so they can show in Apple Music or Apple TV with no success. In older models I could do this but now I think apple no longer allows it, only for purchases. And the videos successfully transfer but nowhere to be found in the phone. In the About section the number of videos shows but videos are hidden to not appear in Apple Music or Apple TV for some reason. Anyone with a solution perhaps??
