AirPods Pro Model A2084 keep disconnected near other Apple Devices

My AirPods Pro stay connected to my iPhone 12 Max Pro just about everywhere, but when I go to my office, which is filled with iMacs and Mac Studios (all using my same Apple ID), after a few minutes of use, they automatically disconnect and can no longer be found in the Bluetooth Device area. In other words, they completely disappear from the phone and I have to manually pair them again to the phone. This is not a simple disconnect. It's as if the phone never had the device paired in the first place. ALL my other Bluetooth devices stay in the list. This happened on another pair of AirPods Pros before I had to give them up for end of life, so I can confirm this is not an isolated case.

I have tried EVERYTHING that is suggested...

-Turned off all AirPlay and Handoff settings

-Turned off Bluetooth on the computers that don't require it.

-Changed the settings in Bluetooth to: Connect to this Mac: When Last Connected to this Mac

(If I leave it set to Automatically, the AirPods connect to the computer)

-A bunch of other changes that I have read across the internet.

This is VERY frustrating. They disconnect mid-call every time. I am at my wits end and do not know what to do. When my first pair was at end of life, and I went to the Mac Genius at the store, he was dumfounded by this occurrence and could not understand why this was happening.

Yesterday, while traveling in a car with a buddy, I paired my phone yet again to the AirPods. Every time I opened the case, HIS iPHONE 16 kept trying to pair to MY iPods, even though they were successfully paired to my iPhone. His phone notifications would not stop! He said he'd never seen that before.

Yes, I have the latest firmware on the iPhone and the AirPods. Yes, I have re-set the AirPods.

ANY help would be appreciated as this is a DAILY occurrence and I'm ready to give up on Apple completely and move to a different manufacturer.
