Report your issue to century link or look at their support site, that isn't an Apple product.

Centurylink has advised all Apple Mail users to use the Centurylink Webmail service and that’s what you should plan to do while you’re in NZ. My Apple Mail app has been useless on my iPhone and hopelessly broken since the IOS 18 update. I think the new phone mirroring broke the Apple Mail app on my MacBook Pro too. Useless for CL email in Sequoia 15.2. I can send email through Apple Mail, but I can’t receive CL email. My Apple email address still works. Check out the Centurylink Webmail service ASAP. This problem began in November 2024 and still exists in January 2025.
