Distorted wave and sound during wireless charging on iPhone 13

When I put my iPhone 13 on a wireless charger I get a weird sound every few seconds and a distorted wave going up and down on the screen. What is causing that?

My phone is initiating the charge with mag safe and then the charging is stopped after 1-2 minutes (battery symbol turns white and stand by screen turns off). The same problem occurs in my VW ID 3. Wireless charger for iPhone 14 pro max I had a iPhone 11 Pro and have a wireless charger it worked fine. But I just upgraded to a iPhone 14 Pro Max and when I put it on charge last night it did the lights like before showing it was charging but after about an hour the wireless charger started blinking with red flashing light. Why?

Wireless Charging Not Working After iOS update My household has had problems with wireless charging since updating our phones to iOS 16.4.1 I was using a iPhone 14 on one charger and it was working up until the update ran. Once updated, it showed “charging” but no charge was actually filling the battery. Wife’s phone would charge. We upgraded to 14 Pro Max and had software updates to the same iOS. Wireless charging still not working yet wired charging does work. Have tried the hard rest (up/down/hold side button) and didn’t work. Suggestions or know when a software fix is coming?

Search for accessories that have completed MFi certification. Once an accessory has completed MFi certification requirements and is reported to Apple as sold/distributed, it will be searchable in our public database of authorized Lightning, headset, charging, iAP-enabled, and Find My network-enabled accessories.
