Recovering missing photos from iCloud on iPhone 13

Hello,

I have recently discovered that some of my photos did not sync to iCloud as expected, and they are no longer available on my iPhone. I checked the “Recently Deleted” album, iCloud Photos, and any backups I might have, but I couldn’t locate them.

The photos are very important to me, and I would like to know if there is any way to recover them. Could you please check if there are temporary copies stored on iCloud servers or guide me on other steps I can take?

I recently encountered an issue with my iCloud subscription. Due to a problem with my payment method, I wasn’t able to continue paying for iCloud storage, and my subscription was canceled. At one point, I also reset my iPhone, but my photos remained on the device despite frequent notifications that not all of them were syncing.

The unsynced photos are from the entire year of 2023, and I didn’t realize there were so many. After the subscription was canceled, I noticed that all these photos have disappeared, and I don’t have them saved anywhere else.

If thee photos are not on your device, nor at iCloud.com, they do not exist. Do you have a backup of your photos or original sources? You can restore. from those.
