Unable to play videos on Apple TV

I can get on Apple TV but when I try to watch something I get a message “there’s a problem playing this video. Try again or troubleshoot.” Troubleshooting says everything is a okay but nothing will play. I’ve streamed on this tv before but as of yesterday it no longer works.
