MacBook Air internet won't work after sleep mode

As a regular Mac user I never shutdown my MacBook, i close the lid and that's it, but from time to time, when I open the lid again, internet does not seem to be working properly, even though I have not displaced from the previous "place" or "spot" where I was using the laptop.

For example: I am im in the bedroom, close de lid go takee some lunch and when I come back, internet is not working in safari, mail, App Store and doesn't even check for updates. But I do have internet connection in alternative apps, such as teams, chrome, WhatsApp and Telegram.

Has anyone had this problem before? my Mac is up to date. so I don't think there might be a missing update.
