Disable in-app browsing on child’s iPhone

I need to block or disable in-app browsing on my child’s iphone. Has anyone figured this out yet? It’s not practical for me to set up “allowed only” websites or to remove or block the apps. For example, my son is allowed 1 hour of YouTube on his Apple products. He uses the bambu handy app for his 3D printing. He is able to access you tube thru the in-app browser and NONE of the restrictions I have setup in screen time parental controls apply to the in-app browser. I can turn the app off at bedtime, but I like to let him access the app anytime during the day. It’s the same with several other apps. I want him to have access to the apps but not the in-app browsers or at least have the screen time restrictions apply to the in-app browsers. I would think that this would be an option at least in parental controls so we can protect our children.
