Iphone 13 music not working with Ford Sync?

I got a Ford Focus and recently got an iphone 13, the bluetooth is freaking out completely, songs speed up slow down skip etc, it's chaos. Everything is updated, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, it's disheartening after spending so much on a phone. :(
