Ear Tip Test failing and as a result not able to take hearing test.

I have new AirProd Pro 2. I have failed the ear tip fit test every time I have tried. I have adjusted the AirPods in my ears and I have tried all four tip sizes and the test results have always failed in both ears. My wife took the test with my AirProd Pro 2 and she passed the test for both ears.

Any suggestions?
