How to subscribe/upgrade iCloud storage from browser?

I logged in to my apple account and there I see an option to "Upgrade plan." once I clicked it it showed a popup where it says finish your purchase on the mobile device. The question is - is that possible to finish the purchase in the browser using my apple account (without using my device)?
