I was charged twice when trying to sign up for the 3 month free trail.

When I tried to sign up for the 3 month free trial on January 17th, 2025; I entered my debit card information. It said that it failed to go thru so I entered my chime card information, it worked. I received a text shortly after from my bank asking me if the charge from Apple dot com bill was me? Because I did try to use my bank card 1st an was declined, I had to answer yes to the question, otherwise it was going to lock my account for fraud alert. Then I also have a message from chime that says apple dot com bill. An I thought it was free for 3 months, what is the the charges for?

If you already subscribed to a free trial before, it cannot be used again. Or did you try to watch a movie with rent or buy?
