We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community, so it is unlikely any-one here knows the details of Apple's future plans. Software updates to devices and Macs are at Apple's timing, and what is, or is not, included may not be announced beforehand. Rumours abound, yet patience is needed for actual proof.
Seems the most recent firmware update for AirPods Pro 2 (7B21) was already the version required for the hearing health features: About firmware updates for AirPods - Apple Support
I understand Apple's list of Hearing Features Availability is kept updated to include more countries as available .

Meanwhile, if you haven't tried them yet ... the hearing enhancements Apple has provided for AirPods earlier are available. Eg: Live Listen & Active Noise Cancellation and Transparency modes for AirPods - Apple Support etc.
