One of my AirPods is louder than the other and nothing is helping

So I have re-set my AirPods and I-Phone and also checked the balance setting in accessibility. My right airpod is SUPER quiet for seemingly no reason. Currently I have changed the settings so that it’s at least playing the same volume (put most of the volume into the right one) but now it cannot play at full volume. Anyone else experience this?
