Website keeps using Continuity Camera when trying to make a call

This is a fairly new thing. It's not my CRM, as I've spoken to them, so I'm assuming it's an Apple issue. I don't have a webcam, so for Meet, Teams and Zoom, I use a continuity camera with my AirPods Pro for meetings. That all works great. However, all of a sudden, every time I try and make a phone call from Chrome, it goes right to my phone "Connect to my MacBook Pro" and gives me the option to Pause or Disconnect. If I disconnect, my AirPods Pro microphone doesn't work, no one can hear me on the other end of the line. It keeps making me use the continuity camera all of a sudden. I've already gone into my Chrome settings and blocked the camera from this site (since we only make calls, no video). But I'm at a loss. It has never done this before, and I want to go back to making calls through Chrome with my AirPods Pro and keep the continuity camera ONLY for Zoom/meet/teams. Our CRM uses Twilio for phone calls. Any ideas??
