icloud photos between pc and iphone

Hello,

I’m having an issue with my iCloud photos. When I check my iCloud storage on my Windows 10 PC, it shows that I have over 5000 photos and videos. However, when I check on my iPhone, I can only view around 2300 photos. I don’t believe it’s a storage issue on my phone, as I have enough available space. The missing photos are visible on my laptop, but they are not appearing on my phone. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there a way to resolve this and get all my iCloud photos to sync properly to my iPhone?
