My old MacBook 13 will not boot up I went to connected computer to power cable and got a static electric spark, now black screen with white light blinking and a beep going off and on with it. I am thinking just smoke the hard drive.
Any suggestions?

I suppose it may be logic board issue. You'd better contact Apple Support or take your MacBook to your local retail AppleStore, Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook there.
