Apple Pay and Wallet non functioning in 15.3 update
After updating to Sequoia 15.3, Apple Pay and Wallet show up in settings but just opens a blank page in settings. Anyone else having this problem?

Please add just one card to the new admin account. It will be removed later. You should get a message about another Apple Pay user and do you want to delete account. Say yes and add the card to the new account. Log out of new account.
Log into old account and open Settings > Wallet and what happens?

Have you tried restarting in Safe Mode? Have you tried creating a new Admin account and seeing if Settings is working?
Safe Mode did not help Jeff. HOWEVER, setting up a new admin account with name testadminaccount DID work. Wallet and Apple Pay are back in Settings. Can you advise what would be my next step? Thanks for all your help!
Jeff it worked like a charm. You are a genius! I think that maybe the Apple Card was causing some trouble too so I used a regular credit card. Everything is working now. Thanks so much.

Can you please get me started on where to go to create a new account. I've seen "add a 2nd account" as the solution on a couple forums but don't know where to do that. Thanks!
Nevermind, I think I found it. Just not confident I can do all the steps and get back to my original account. I think I'll wait until the next update and see if that fixes it.
Another update might and might not fix it.
