Tickets are not saving in Apple Wallet

Hello everyone,

I am trying to save tickets to the Apple Wallet on iPhone 15 pro max with ios 18.3, when I click to "save to the wallet", it brings me to Safari or Google, and try to download but it doesn't work and it can't open anything, it happened with football match ticket of AC Milan and train ticket Trenitalia. will attach below what it shows when you click the button to save to your wallet.

Do you use a VPN? Are you updated to the latest version of iOS for your iPhone? Have you verified with the issuer that they support Apple Wallet?

The latest version was released Monday, 18.3. and an update can resolve issue like this. You’ve tried both Safari and Google Chrome with the same results?

Hey Jeff, I don't use a VPN and installed a late version of iOS which is possible for public users. Regarding issuer support, it says that I can add it to the Apple Wallet above button to add to the wallet, and I guess if they have this button to add to the wallet that means that I was supposed to do it.
