MacBook battery draining quickly despite 80% charge

I use my MacBook every day, and the battery often drops to around 5% by the next morning. To prevent excessive wear and tear, I've been charging it to 80% each day. Could charging a MacBook M3 affect or degrade the battery faster than usual?

Macbook Air (M1) battery health I've been using my Macbook Air(M1) for a year and I recently I found out that the battery is draining rapidly when unplugged. I've checked the cycle count which is 163 which seems to be normal ,but the maximum capacity dropped to 86% which doesn't seems okay to me. Most of the times I use my macbook with the power adapter so I don't expect the battery health to drop that much . May I know if this battery condition is normal or should I send in for repair?

Battery Health draining fast My MacBookPro m1 bought on May 2023, is having only 85% of battery health, i had noticed the battery health going down in a faster rate, even the cycle count is 115.
