Changing from Sonoma 14.6.1 to Monterey 12.7.6

Can I switch from the Sonoma Os to the Monterey Os?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.7

Why would you want to? Monterey is no longer supported. FWIW, Sonoma is now at v. 14.7.3. You should update.
