Problems with MacOS 15.3 Work VPN stopped working

I recently upgraded my Mac Studio to MacOS 15.3, but unfortunately, my SonicWall VPN connection is no longer working. All the servers at work are nowhere to be found. This was working perfectly before the upgrade. I’ve also found that other friends from my company, who use a Mac, are having the same issue. Any ideas on how we can fix this?

Contact your company's network administrator.

This is very common with corporate VPNs because sometimes (often) with an update or upgrade to the MacOS or to Windows, the server configuration must be changed or updated, or the VPN software must be updated itself. In some cases it is a very simple or trivial change: once our corporate servers rejected all incoming connections if the version of the OS detected did not match their list of allowed OS versions because they hadn't added the most recent version. When they fixed that, it worked. In your case it might be more complicated, or it might be simple. As BobThe Fisherman said, you need to contact them to find out if 15.3 is compatible and if not, when they plan to update things so that it is.

Then you need to complain to your CEO. if you are allowed to use a Mac on the corporate network then IT needs to support it. Is this a company owned Mac or your personal machine? If it’s your personal machine then all bets are off and you’re on your own.

Have the same case. My iPhone and iPad and Win11 PC work in the same WiFi network with my mac, and have strong connection with the same VPN (server, login and so on). But VPN-connection on mac works for 15 seconds and close. This happened after updating to 15.3.2 this morning.
