Need to reset OLD iCloud email address password... how??

Here's the rub - the old email address for my xxxx@iCloud.com is not the same as my Apple ID. I don't remember the password, and due to this I cannot sync with Outlook on my PC anymore. All my searches only turn up ways to reset the Apple ID, which is not my issue. Does anyone know of a way to reset the password? Or even the ability to create a second, separate @iCloud address I could use instead?
