How can I stop my Mac from zooming in unexpectedly?

sometimes. the screen suddenly zooms (or maybe only 1. window) . I can reset it using. menu at the. top,, view, actual size. but I think I may be doing something with the mouse which causes this irriatating behaviour. I am using. macos. sonoma 14.7.2. please advise

In addition to dialabrain's answer: if only the contents of a window are zoomed, and not the whole screen, then maybe it's not accessibility but just a mere trackpad gesture. View->Actual Size affects the content of the window, but it does not affect the whole screen zooming, or other kinds of zoom in accessibility.

It seems more likely to me that you may be accidentally touching the trackpad with two fingers and moving them - and such settings are available in System Settings->Trackpad.
