Unable to merge contact lists on iPhone

When I first got my iPhone I didn't know what I was doing, and my contact list was called SDC. It's not an iCloud acct, it was an old POP email account, but it is now a MS Exchange email account.

Now that I am using iCould to sync everything, I can't find any way to send over the SDC contacts list to my Mac.

What I really want is to merge them all into my iCloud contacts list, so every thing will be synced automatically.

Can anyone tell me how I can efficiently export or merge a contact list not on iCloud?

p.s. Because that email account is now an exchange instead of a POP , I cannot seem to renter it for Apple's Mail account (which I had to redownload as I deleted it once I switched to MS Exchange.

You can't use an iPhone to do that.

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

Try to export the contacts from google mail on a web browser. During Export select export as vCard and then

log in to https://www.icloud.com using your Apple ID credentials Tap Contacts app > Settings > Import vCard.
