Childs phone bypassing screentime limits

Any app that is currently in downtime that opens via links, like X or Discord can easily be bypassed. If they are on youtube or another app that has a link to these apps in it, after clicking it will open it in Safari (Which is not enabled on the phone and cannot be opened directly), and within the opened Safari page they can then click login and browse X or discord fully without restrictions. This is a huge oversight and effectively makes screentime completely unreliable. I have screenshots and can easily duplicate it.

Quick update. I figured out a work around. His current config has under website filtering set to Limit Adult websites, with Safari turned off under Allowed Apps and Features. This allows his ipad/iphone to pop a webpage web connecting to a wifi hotspot and select whatever approvals or the "Success" "Terms of Service" to use said hotspot.

If that is changed to "Only Approved" then safari pops up with disallowed when it tries to open the discord or twitch link. This also blocks his ability to connect to hotspot wifis signficantly reducing the use of his phone or ipad to the point its unusable unless he is at home or a friends house. I believe this popup to safari should be scoped to only open when triggered from the wifi signin process or such and not from within other apps.
