Endless iCloud login loop on Windows 11

Trying to Sign into Icloud with windows 11 and getting an endless loop to sign in.

Solution for me was to turn off the VPN. Then it worked.

iCloud for Windows in an endless sign in loop iCfE is in an endless loop asking me to sign in again and again and again… It won’t stop. The prompt continues to pop-up in front of everything else I do. It is making it virtually impossible to use any other program or app. I’m signed into all of my iCfW apps except Passwords and Keychain. The problem started when I tried to approve the Passwords and Keychain app. PLEASE HELP!!!!
