Credit and debit cards missing from Apple Wallet after account restoration on iPhone

Las friday I added my credit and debit card in my Apple wallet, o saturday i had to restore my apple account, and all my cards dessapeared from my apple wallet. Now i am train to add my cards again and it is not being possible. The message I got is to contact my bank, I did but they told me there is no restriction or a problem in my cards, I use another apple account to prove this and yes, my bank was correct I did add my debit card on this other apple account. Somebody can help me?
