Ticketmaster app freezing on event cannot view tix

Thanks for the information. I was running “larger text”. My Ticketmaster or Live Nation app wouldn’t work until I set it to “default”. I also tried switching it back to “larger text” but it would make the app stop working again. So I’m keeping it to “default”and I’m able to see my tickets just fine now.

Make sure you’re using latest version of Ticketmaster app. Some developers have been updating twice a week. You can also try using your account on their website to transfer tickets.

If you have your screen/display zoomed in, please set it to default and restart your iPhone.

My app crashes as well when looking at "My Tickets". I tried to do your fix. I was already on "Default", so I changed it to "Large Text" and it works fine. So it does seem to be something to do with "display zoom", but it's not necessarily "large text" that is the issue.

thank you. I had the same problem. I was using “default” display zoom and had Ticketmaster freezing when going into “my events”. I could not retrieve the tickets.

I changed display zoom to “larger text” and the app started working again. Then I changed it back to “default” display zoom and the app still worked.

There seems to be a bug here and it’s affecting many people based on the comments I’m seeing in the App Store. How has this not been fixed yet when people can’t retrieve tickets they paid for????

Thx for this tip. TM app “my events” does not work w zoom option on display. I made the change to defaand no problem. With the exorbitant fees they charge, they need to fix this!

Ticketmaster hasn’t written their app to correspond with updated features. Make sure you’re using the latest version.

The bug is in the Ticketmaster app. A year ago you had to run the screen/app sideways for it to work. Now it’s this issue. It just started a week ago when they updated the Ticketmaster app.

Do you know how to fix this new bug. I just updated app and now it won't work. Just a black screen.

Drove me nuts deleting and rienstalling tickmaster. 5 times. Tried this fix and wow just like that its going again.
