Adobe Premier 2023 crashing during render on MacBook Pro M3 Max
i have legit version but crashed always in my m3 max.any clue no external plugins loaded.

Why are you still using the 2023 version? Use the Creative Cloud app to update it to the latest version so it's more fully compatible with Sonoma.
