iOS 18.3 causing freeze - preventing access / changes to family management

What was the last iOS version where the freeze issue wasn't there? Did it start after the iOS 18.3 update?

Update:

1. reset network settings.
2. Disabled 5G. Only use 4G (LTE).
3. Family->Child->Screentime worked

Same here. Was hoping the latest update would fix it. Apple needs to address this bug.

Same! The work around does in fact work (settings > screentime > select kids name) but then the kids devices haven’t updated so I’m not seeing current information.

I am having the exact same issue and when I click on their Apple Cash accounts to see where they’ve been spending it completely kicks me out of my settings all together.

So seems like a hard reset on both iphone devices worked for now.

Mac air was able to control but then reset to freeze mode if I went into my iPhone family.

Unfortunately that’s not working for me. I’ve tried a hard reset and this idea as well. Neither of them worked sadly.

I tried the advice of waiting 5 sec after you go into each area (family, child, screen time…), and that has worked so far.

I’ve had the same thing and haven’t been able to access it in about 2 weeks now

I’m having the same issue on my 13 pro max since the update. I found that I can go under the settings in my MacBook (Apple icon) and still change it there. Just annoying it freezes on my phone.
