Save on network drive bad issue (file damage)

Hello everyone

My serious problem is that when I open the file ‘12012345_01_F.ai’ and save it as a PDF and replace the PDF file ‘12012345_01_F.pdf’ it creates a temporary file but doesn't replace the PDF and ends up damaging the file. I can only solve this if I'm doing the work directly on my mac, but here we work on a network and we save everything on a Mac Pro Server with AFP protocol (it's the best for doing searches on our server). I know that Adobe advises against working on a network, but despite having 1 TB of storage in the creative cloud, we don't want to work there. We have 4 imac's with the previous operating system, with the same versions of adobe illustrator and they don't have this problem. And the performance of saving on the network is slowwwwww. Mac OS Sequoia solve this? anyone know that?

Please identify the specific model of each iMac and the version of macOS on each.

Also identify the model of the Mac Pro Server and its version of macOS.

Also, it would be good to verify that the exact same version of Illustrator is on each Mac. Even a point release can make a difference.

What is the reason you are still using AFP? Apple deprecated AFP four years ago when Big Sur was released. SMB is the currently supported protocol.

This issue happens in a Mac Studio 2023 with the latest Mac OS Sonoma.

Mac Pro Server is a conversion of a Mac Pro 2010 5.1 and it has Mac OS Mojave in it. It works just fine since we upgrade from a iMac 2017 to this Mac Studio.

The Illustrator version is the latest.

Try to search files on network with SMB is slow and the majority of times doesn't found anything. If you know how to search just like AFP protocol but with SMB please let me know.
