This is an interesting question, and one that doesn't have an easy answer (at least that I'm aware of).

Ultimately, there is no position control in Numbers' printing, and it will start printing on the upper-left corner of the page. There's no switch to say 'center'.

There are two workarounds I can think of. One is to adjust the margins on the page when you print - Numbers give you this option, along with a preview of the printed page, so you can adjust the left and/or top margins until you get the position you want.

Another option is to 'print' the document to a PDF file. You can then open this in any number of other applications that allow image placement on a page.

If the content isn't too complex, you can also copy the table and paste it into a Pages document. It should retain the core styling, as well as support positioning on the page. This has the potential advantage that the table is still editable in Pages, unlike the PDF-based approach.
