I can’t really put or keep money in my Apple Cash the above name has taken money out. They try once a week. So far $19.99 & $44.99. Has been taken out. What can I do? Please anyone?

Usually users are directed to this site from a Social Media post where that person is paid to try and get you to go there, or from a website advertisement. You might have started a free trial, even though you were not aware of it. Authorization first occurs when you double click the side button to start a trial. It does not happen just by visiting the website.
The first thing to do is attempt to contact them to verify if you do have a subscription and also find out about their refund policy. After that you will need to provide any information you find out to dispute the charge with GreenDot Bank. That is the bank that manages Apple Cash and you can find their phone number here:
