Hi Jim,

Make sure that those rows are defined as Header Rows. The top rows of a table are not automatically Header Rows.

Click on the table to make it active.

Format Panel (on the right) > Table > Headers & Footer

Or in the menu >

Regards,

Ian.

P.S. I do not know why the Format Panel says "Headers & Footer" when we can define up to 5 rows as Footer. Not your problem! I have sent feedback to Apple asking for "Footer" (singular) to show "Footers" (plural).
