Player Location Check >> is a tool used by online gambling websites to determine your location so they can ensure that gambling is legal where you are.
It's a way for gambling companies to show that they are taking all reasonable steps to ensure that they only allow access where it is legal to gamble
As for getting rid of it.
It would seem not possible as this is from the website and not part of the Operating System
