How can I restore color formatting in a Numbers spreadsheet after Sequoia 15.3 update?

After updating to Sequoia 15.3 I experienced a strange problem with a numbers spreadsheet I update every week. This spreadsheet has 7 tabs. When I opened this spreadsheet after the update all of my color formating was gone. No color fills where I had them, no color highlighted text either. The fonts and outlines were gone also. Data was good but the entire sheet had no color and the sheet had gone to alternating row color using just light gray and white. All the other tabs in this spreadsheet did NOT change. Just the first tab. All the other sheets still had the color formats in tact.

I have been updated this summary data for many years so I am very disappointed to have this happen and would like to know why it happened and if there is any way to get this sheet to return to it's original format without me having to recreate the color formats all over again. I contacted Apple Support but the representative was unable to help me with this problem. Please advise.
