Can iPhone read Shortcuts app notifications aloud through AirPods or hearing aids?

I’m wondering if it’s possible for the iPhone to read notifications aloud from the Shortcuts app. I run a shortcut which takes a number on the clipboard, looks it up in a web site, cross-references it to text and numbers, and a notification pops up on my phone. For example, the notification may say something like, “Page 32, line 12, character 4.” I’d like the iPhone to actually read the contents of that notification to me through AirPods or hearing aids. I know how to turn on “Announce Notifications”, which doesn’t do the trick, and everything I found online says the iPhone cannot read a notification generated by the Shortcuts app. Does anyone know a way, perhaps using 3rd party apps? Using iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 18.3.
