Here’s what ChatGPT has to say about the matter.

Safari uses Google Safe Browsing and Fraudulent Website Warning to detect fraudulent websites. Here's how it works:

  1. Google Safe Browsing & Apple’s Fraudulent Website List
    • Safari checks websites against a list of known malicious sites maintained by Google Safe Browsing and Apple's own security database.
    • If a site is suspected of phishing, malware distribution, or fraud, Safari displays a warning before loading the page.
  1. Privacy Protection
    • Safari minimizes the sharing of browsing data with third parties.
    • Instead of sending your full browsing history, Safari uses a system where hashed prefixes of website URLs are checked against locally stored Safe Browsing lists. If a match is found, Safari requests additional data from Apple’s servers to verify the threat.
  1. HTTPS Encryption & Security Features
    • Safari enforces HTTPS where possible to prevent man-in-the-middle attacks.
    • It also includes Intelligent Tracking Prevention (ITP) to block malicious tracking scripts.

To enable or disable fraudulent website detection:

iPhone/iPad:

  • Go to Settings > Safari > Toggle Fraudulent Website Warning

Mac:

  • Open Safari > Settings (Preferences) > Security > Check Fraudulent Website Warning

So it would appear your issue is with Google’s list of fraudulent websites. How you get off that list is unclear but I would assume it has something with your website not having a proper digital certificate.
