How do I fix screen time settings freezing on iPhone 13 after update 18.3.11?

Ever since the update I have difficulty managing screen time for my kids iPad. Whenever I go to the screen time settings on my iPhone (13) it freezes. I’ve tried turning the phone off and on again, sometimes twice, I’ve also made sure the iPad OS is updated . Frustrating cos I can’t turn stuff off when I want. Has anyone experienced this? Any solutions?
