I have two tickets saved on mu apple wallet. However, unfortunately my Apple Pay stopped working (yes i did everything) and i have no choice but to factory reset my phone. Will i lose these tickets forever?

Yes, unless you can add them to your Wallet again. Items in Wallet are not backed up for safety and security reasons.
Some users have reported being able to text them to themselves and then adding them to the Wallet again. Just make sure your texts are saved to your iCloud and you backup your texts before resetting your iPhone.

Unexpired tickets are available online at the Ticketmaster website. Log into your account and send them again to your Wallet.
Okay! Thanks for the help I googled how to send the tickets to myself and apparently you can’t but you could send it to somebody else and then they can send it back to you I wonder if I can send it to myself on my iPad maybe?? But I’ll definitely contact Ticketmaster too

Oh no. I have a show in June but I attached them to my wallet early because I’ve been hearing that People’s Ticketmaster accounts have been getting hacked and their tickets have been stolen so I was just doing it for precautionary reasons But now I kinda regret it because I wasn’t planning on my Apple Pay to just randomly stop working😭

Expired passes would disappear I think. They do for airlines etc. You’d have to ask Ticketmaster if they store or backup expired tickets.
