i made a Number file with sharing option with 1 user and file is showing error while trying to retrieve , my access is removed and unable to retrieve in both files
please let me know how to retrieve as I’ve important data

Given the storage issues this may not be a Numbers problem that we can easily address in the forum.
Who was the owner of the files?
If you, then I think you may be able to find them, perhaps at iCloud.com.
If your business partner, and he had storage issues, then there may not be much you can do on your end.
But this is just speculation. You may need to consult Apple Support.

I made a number file with my business partner which I usually do , months back he had storage issue so filed was not backed up properly , now when I’m trying to retrieve it’s giving above error in both phone , file is showing in numbers app but getting above error continuously
