How to add Carrabba's gift card to Apple wallet?

For Loyalty Cards and passes, the issuer needs to provide a website, email, link or QR code to add it to the Wallet App. There is no way to add it directly within the Apple Wallet App.

If the card acts like a debit card, it may be possible to add it through the regular add card option in the Wallet app, by tapping the (+) icon at the top, then selecting the "Debit and Credit Card" option and following the on-screen prompts from there.
