MacBook not booting up with 1066MHz DDR3 memory

I bought a second hand white 13" MacBook late 2009 2,26ghz MacBook6,1

the idea is to use it as an mp3 player connected to the HiFi

it as installed 4Gb ram

2 x 2Gb DDR3 1333MHz

i've bought un upgrade kit of 8GB 2 x 4GB PC8500 DDR3 1066MHz

according to what i found online on everymac.com and OWC

and it's not booting up

so i want back to the 2Gb installed!

don't understand, everywhere online it says 1066MHz, but mine is not!!

i've attached a screenshot of system information, the 2 ram installed, and the upgrade i've bought

how is that possible??

:)
