iCloud login endless loop

My one PC continues on thie iCloud login request loop..I cannot believe that Apple does not fix this!! Any solutions?

iCloud for Windows in an endless sign in loop iCfE is in an endless loop asking me to sign in again and again and again… It won’t stop. The prompt continues to pop-up in front of everything else I do. It is making it virtually impossible to use any other program or app. I’m signed into all of my iCfW apps except Passwords and Keychain. The problem started when I tried to approve the Passwords and Keychain app. PLEASE HELP!!!!
