'Unable to Sign in' error when logging into Apple Configurator on iPhone

Currently running iOS 18.3.1 installed Configurator on my phone and trying to install devices in my Apple School Manager. For my user account that has the role of Device Enrollment Manager, I keep getting "Unable to sign in." Please try and sign in again later. I have tried multiple accounts that have device enrollment manager role and verified that password is correct, still getting the same error. Am I missing something version of Configurator I have is 1.1 (1A23) Any help would be appreciated.
