Transfer podcasts from iPhone to iMac

I don't use my iMac for podcasts so there are very few loaded. I do use my iPhone for all my podcasts with Apple podcasts. I need to transfer my iPhone podcasts to my iMac so I can download them to a Shokz media player. But I'm worried that my iMac podcasts will overwrite the podcasts on my iPhone and I will lose them to the very limited set on my iMac.

Can I connect my iPhone to my iMac and have the iPhone podcasts preserved and uploaded to my iMac?
