I got my apple cash restricted before i turned 18, now im 18 and i had called the customer service. They said my issue would be solved within the next 48 hours. Its been 4 days yet my account is still restricted. Any solution? I want to send and receive money.

No offense, but look at it from the banks side. You committed fraud, exposed the bank to potential fines and legal issues. Do you really think the bank wants you as a customer? You have probably been de-banked. Banks often refer to it as de-risking. De-banking is the closure of people's or organizations' bank accounts by banks that perceive the account holders (that’s you) to pose a financial, legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the bank.
I’d suggest you look at similar cards offered by Cash App, Venmo and PayPal.
